OVERALL JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to help manage, develop and recruit the wonderful employees at Snakehive. You will be responsible for the entire HR function at the company and you will work alongside senior management to help foster a high performance culture and staff development.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement a long term recruitment funnel
- Manage the recruitment process and staff onboarding process
- Development and training of existing staff
- Day to day HR management - Review and keep HR policies updated
- Report on key metrics and suggest improvements
- Development of the company culture
- Bring in new HR initiatives
- Organise team building events
- Manage internal communication to staff
- Health and Safety compliance
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential Skills & Knowledge
- A minimum 3 years experience working in an HR position
- CIPD Qualified
- A proven track record for growth and implementation of new HR initiatives
- Extensive experience of the recruitment process
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in spoken and written English language
